     A meeting on the bicycling infrastructure development in the South-East Administrative

District(SEAD) of Moscow was held 21, October,2009.The meeting was chaired by the Prefect

Deputy Mr.A.Naiydanov.

     By the way,Mr.Naiydenov, a frantic bicyclist himself, has got a vast experience of

cycling about Moscow for over 40 km, and so is quite familial with all kinds of bicycling

 around the city problems.Also were present at the meeting officials from other SEAD

territorial units and specific communities as well as head of the State Road Police SEAD

department lieutenant-colonel Mr.Tsarev and Bicycle Transportation Union (BTU)

representatives Mrr. Nalimov and Philippov.
